The Mission
Baxter believes leadership must ultimately translate into service and opportunity for others. Through his Janie Baxter Legacy Scholarship, named in honor of his mother who dedicated her life to education, scholarships are awarded to students across the United States while additional educational and food security initiatives support young people in Cape Town, South Africa. These efforts focus on creating pathways for the next generation to learn, grow, and lead.
